This letter confirms that I shall assume full care, responsibility, and liability for all Frances O samples while out on loan (the “Loaned Items”) and commit to return them within the hire agreement period as per the listing, and confirm that the loaned Items shall be returned in the same state and condition in which they were loaned (inclusive of appropriate packaging, supplied hangers, dust bags, etc).
By taking out a loan you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:
The Loaned Items shall be used only for the purposes stated above.
The Loaned Items shall be either returned in person, or via tracked courier service at the cost of the stylist.Liability for the Loaned Items shall commence upon receipt of the Loaned Items, and liability shall conclude upon safe receipt by Frances O.
On page / online / social media credit shall be listed for any items published. Frances.O reserves the right to share credited content online and across media platforms.
Unless an extension to the return deadline is confirmed by Frances O in writing, a late return charge of £25.00 per calendar day per piece shall be applied until the Loaned Items are safely receipted by Frances O.
Any lost Loaned Items shall incur a charge per the applicable Unit Value as per the purchase price in the listing.
Frances O reserves the right to apportion a proportionate charge for any unreasonable damage incurred to the loaned items.
Any applicable charges incurred per clause 4, 5, and / or 6 above shall be itemised on an invoice, and payment must be received by Frances.O within thirty (30) days of receipt of said invoice.
These terms are drafted in accordance with English law, and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
